She has her professional education license in early childhood and elementary education. In addition to teaching, Kate has directed an early childhood center, organized community programs in compliance with Chicago Public Schools, and brings a unique perspective gained as a foster parent. Additionally, Kate is currently enrolled in an EMBA program. The Journey Playroom is birthed from her expertise and passion for early childhood development, blending professional competence with personal dedication.
